  1. Prepare 1 1/2 cups Steamed Rice
  2. Prepare 1 Onion
  3. Make ready 1 Green Chilli
  4. Make ready 1 teaspoon finely chopped Ginger
  5. Make ready 1 teaspoon finely chopped Garlic
  6. Make ready 1/4 cup finely chopped Carrots
  7. Get 1/2 cup finely chopped Cabbage
  8. Get 2 stalks Spring Onion (green onion), finely chopped
  9. Get 1 tsp chicken powder
  10. Make ready 1/4 cup finely chopped Capsicum
  11. Take 1 tablespoon Soya sauce
  12. Get 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  13. Get 2 tablespoons Cooking Oil
  14. Take 1 tbs Salt
Steps to make Vegetable chinese rice:
  1. Cut onion into thin slices and finely chop green chilli. - Heat oil in frying pan over medium heat and sauté sliced onion
  2. Green chilli, chopped ginger and chopped garlic, add tsp of Dashi chicken powder; sauté them for a minute.
  3. Add carrot, cabbage, spring onion and capsicums and stir-fry them for 2-3 minutes. Make sure that vegetables are not over cooked, they should be slightly crispy but not soft.
  4. Add and mix black pepper powder, soya sauce,dashi chicken powder and salt. - Add previously prepared steamed rice and mix gently.
  5. Do not stir too much otherwise rice grains may break. Cook for 2-3 minutes over medium heat.
  6. Turn off heat and transfer Chinese fried rice to a serving bowl. Serve hot 🍛🍜
