Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the cauliflower and potatoes.
In a separate pan boil the peas and soak water out of them.
Now heat oil in another pan and add cumin seeds, hing and bay leaves.
Add finely chopped onion and let them turn reddish. Add ginger garlic paste.
Add red chili powder, garam masala, turmeric powder and mix well.
Add tomato puree and salt. Cover it with a lid and let the oil separate partially.
Add shallow fried potatoes and curd and let them cook for 5-7 mins.
Add peas and let them cook for another 5-7 minutes. Lastly add cauliflower
Cover the lid and let the oil separate completely. Add water and let it cook for 8-9 minutes.
