Steps to make Steamed Momos with masala e magic:
First we shall bind a soft dough like chapati with the ingredients mentioned in momos cover section. Keep it aside for 10 - 15 minutes.
Now for the filling. You can finely chop all vegetables in a chopper for quick and fine chopping.
Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, onions and saute for some time. Now add capsicum, carrots and cabbage and cook for sometime. Add salt, pepper, soy sauce, vinegar and cook for sometime till vegetables are cooked well. Now add whole packet of masala e magic and cook for 2 minutes. Let the filling cool down.
Now again knead the dough for sometime with some oil to make it smooth. Now make small 15 to 16 balls out of it.
Roll each ball to small puri sized. Add 1 spoon filling to it and make pleats from sides and make shape of momos as you desire.
Now heat the steamer and keep all momos ready. Now place momos in steamer and cook for 12 to 15 minutes. The outer cover will become translucent.
Let the momos cool down little. Now again heat a pan with oil, add Schezwan sauce to it, and add water. Let it boil. Now add momos to it. Few at a time to avoid breaking of momos. Mix it lightly. Cover and cook for 2 minutes or till the water is completely absorbed. Your delicious momos are ready to serve with ketchup/ Schezwan sauce.
