Take a bowl add all ingredients flour salt as on and make a soft dough
Take a pan heat oil and add ginger, garlic and chopped chillies saute for 2-3 minutes and add all veggies and cook for another 2-3 minutes
Now add salt and other sauces and mix them.Now turn off the flame let it cook
Make small size of ball roll thik and small.Stuff with veggies and shape them as you want
Now boil water and steam momos for 8-10 minutes.Your momos is ready to serve.Serve with momos chutney or it also takes great with pizza pasta sauce
