  15. Prepare as per taste Salt
  16. Take 2-3 tbsp refined oil

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and mustard seeds. - Add curry leaves and dried red chillies and stir. - Now add onion and stir for 1 minute.
  2. Add chopped vegetables and stir fry for 2 minutes and then add tomato and 1 tsp salt.Stir and cover with lid for 2-3 minutes..
  3. Then add chilli garlic paste, red chilli powder and peanut chutney in it and mix well.
  4. Add some water, stir and add curd. - Mix well. - After one boil, add steamed rice in it and mix well.
  5. Let it cook for 4-5 minutes, till water gets absorbed. - Serve in a bowl or plate.
  6. Put some tamarind chutney on top and sprinkle some peanut chutney. - Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and red chillies. - Serve hot. - You Masala Vegetable Curd Rice is ready to serve.
