Get 2 cups corn kernels

Make ready 1 tbsp Schezwan Chutney (see recipe)
Make ready 1 tsp soy sauce
Prepare 1 tbsp corn flour
Make ready 1/2 cup water
Prepare as per taste salt
Prepare 1 tsp oil
Prepare 1 tsp sugar
Get 1 tsp vinegar
Steps to make Steamed Transparent Corn Manchurian:
Keep half litre of water to boil. Add corn kernels and carrots. Let it boil for 2 minutes. Strain the water and let the corn and carrots cool to room temperature.
In a bowl mix corn, carrots, capsicum, chopped ginger-garlic, green chillies, corn flour, black pepper and salt.
Mix everything well. Make small balls applying a little pressure. If the balls are not coming in shape add more corn flour.
Shape them all into even sizes and steam them in a steamer for 10-15 minutes.
Manchurian balls are ready.
For making Manchurian sauce, heat oil in a pan. Saute ginger-garlic for a minute. Add onions. Stir them till they turn translucent.Now add capsicum. Stir for 2 minutes. Add schezwan Chutney, soy sauce, and salt, sugar, vinegarand half cup water.Let it boil.
Dissolve corn flour in water in a bowl.Add this to the boiling sauce.
The sauce will start thickening.
Arrange Manchurian balls in a bowl Pour the sauce over the balls. Serve hot
