  1. Grate boiled potatoes. Add cornflour, salt and chopped coriander leaves.
  2. Take a wok, heat 1 tbsp oil, add hing. Add boiled peas, chopped green chillies, salt, cumin, coriander, red chilli, garam masala powders. Saute well. Slightly crush the peas in the wok while cooking. Cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Cool the mixture.
  4. Now grease your palms with little oil. Take a dollop of potato mixture, fill peas stuffing in centre and close the tikkis. Make all tikkis likewise.
  5. Shallow fry the tikkis in a non-stick pan.
  6. Serve with green chutney and meethi chutney. - Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and bhujiya sev.
