  3. Saute masala till color changes. Now add salt Mirchi coriander powder to it. Add some drops of water & cover the masala with a lid.
  4. When oil separate adds aloo & matar in it & roast it on low flame for 2 or 3 min. Add a half a small cup of water for 1 whistle.
  5. It ready. Garnish it with garam masala Kasuri methi & chopped ginger slices. Very much tasty & quick prepare recipe.
