Instructions to make Matar kachori with aloo sabzi:
For dough-: Take a bowl add wheat flour,maida, ajwain,salt,oil and water knead the dough and keep aside for 15- 20 minutes.
Boil the green matar and cool it and grind by adding one green chilli.
Take a pan add oil heat it add hing and matar paste and add salt, black pepper.and coo kit till water get absorb and cool it.
First boil the potatoes and cook it. Grind the tomato by adding green chilli.Take a pan add oil, hing, jeera, cook it few minute then add tomato paste.
Add dry masala and boiled potatoes.
Add water as required and cook it 10 mins,then add kasoori methi and paneer cubes.Cook it few minutes.
For kachori-: Take add small ball and roll it and spread the matar mixture and fold it and again roll it.
Take a kadhai and add oil and fry the kachori.
Take a plate put the matar kachori and pour the aloo sabzi and green chuntey.
Serve it.
