  6. While potato simmers, microwave steam-in bags of veggies as directed
  7. Set bags aside
  8. In same deep skillet, over medium heat, add sliced onion
  9. Cook until soft
  10. Add mushrooms and cook until done
  11. While mushrooms cook, in small bowl add tahini, aminos and whisk
  12. Add water to sauce, just enough to thin as desired
  13. When mushrooms are cooked, add bagged baggies and potato and sauce
  14. Stir and simmer a few minutes until sauce is incorporated
