  1. Peel the mango and chop it.
  2. Put it in a blender and make a nice paste.
  3. Add water to a pan. Bring it to boil.

  5. Add sugar and wait until it dissolves and blends. - Add the pureed mango into the pan and cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Strain the pulp from the mango mixture. - Now pour the mango into the desired molds. I take glass for this.
