  2. Prepare For making crust:-
  3. Get 150 gms Digestive biscuits
  4. Prepare 80 gms Melted unsalted butter
  5. Make ready For making Bavarian cream:-
  6. Get 11/2 tbsp Agar agar powder
  7. Get 4 tbsp Hot water
  8. Take 250 ml Heavy cream
  9. Prepare 1 cup Fresh mango pure
  10. Make ready 1 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
  11. Get 2 tbsp Icing sugar
  12. Prepare 1 cup Chopped mango cubes
  13. Take For Mango jelly:-
  14. Prepare 2 tsp Agar agar powder
  15. Take 4-5 Fresh cherries
  16. Get 2 tbsp Sugar
  17. Take 1/2 cup Fresh mango puree
  18. Make ready 500 ml Water
  19. Make ready 1/2 tsp Fresh lemon juice
  20. Make ready For garnish:-
  21. Make ready 6-7 Fresh blueberries
Instructions to make Mango Bavarios:
  1. For preparing crust:-
  2. Line a springform cake pan with parchment paper and keep aside.
  3. Place digestive biscuits in to a Ziploc bag,and crushed with the help of rolling pin into fine crumbs.
  4. Transfer biscuit crumbs to a bowl,add melted butter and mix well.
  5. Pour mixture into prepared pan,press down the base firmly and place in fridge for 30 minutes.
  6. For preparing Bavarian cream:-
  7. Pour chilled cream into big bowl,add 2tbsp of icing sugar.
  8. Whip cream until stiff peaks and place in fridge to be used later.
  9. In a pan add 1 cup of fresh mango puree,add 1tbsp of lemon juice and mix well.
  10. Pour 4tbsp of hot water in a bowl,add 1 1/2tbsp of agar agar to water and mix until agar agar is fully dissolved.
  11. Add agar mixture to mango puree and mix well.
  12. Take out whipped cream from the fridge and mix mango agar mixture to it.
  13. Remove cake pan from the fridge,pour cream over crust and spread evenly with the help of spatula.
  14. Place mango cubes on top of cream and place pan back in fridge for 3 hrs.
  15. For preparing Mango jelly:-
  16. In a bowl mix 2 tsp of agar agar powder,with 2tbsp of sugar.Mix well.
  17. Add 500ml of water in a pan.Add agar-sugar mixture to water and mix until sugar and agar powder is fully dissolved.
  18. Add 1/2cup of mango puree,along with 1/2 tsp of lemon juice to pan and mix well.
  19. Strain the mixture in bowl,this will results in a smooth jelly.
  20. Transfer strained mixture to pan turn on the heat to high,while stirring continuously bring mixture to boil.
  21. Once mixture comes to boil,reduce flame to low and stiring continuously boil for 2 more minutes.Remove from heat,and allow mixture to cool down for few minutes.
  22. Pour mango jelly over mango cubes,tilt the pan to spread jelly all over the cubes.Place cake pan back to fridge again and chill for 3 hr atleast.
  23. Unlatch the pan and gently lift the bottom of the pan and place on board or rack.
  24. Garnish with fresh cherries and blueberries.
