Steps to make Fried Rice:
  1. Parboil the rice, wash and pour in a pot. Add salt, cubes, ginger, garlic, curry, thyme, butter, fried rice spice, onions and mix together.
  2. Boil water and pour into the pot. Set to cook.
  3. Wash, cook and dice the liver. Clean, wash and dice the vegetables. Keep aside
  4. Place a clean pot on the fire. Add groundnut oil and let it heat. Add the vegetables, liver, salt and stir fry.
  5. Place a big frying pan on heat. Take some portion of the fried vegetables and pour into the pan. Add the cooked rice and fry properly. Remove and pour in a serving bowl. Sprinkle the sweet corn, Farrow peas on it. Repeat same process till you are through with the rice. Serve portions as desired. Fried Rice
