Steps to make Zam Zam pulao:
Take a mixer jar add chicken coriander leaves mint leaves green chili onion 2 tbs besan 1 tsp ginger garlic paste salt grind and make fine balls and fry /Take a pan add Mutton and salt and water and cook tender Mutton and keep aside/ take a pan add livar kidney and some water salt and cook well and keep aside take a mixer jar add coriander seeds and fennel seeds coriander grind well / take a pan add oil add potato fry and keep aside/ coriander leaves green chili chopped brown onion for garnish
Take a pan add oil add cumin seeds black pepper clove cinnamon stick black cordamam green cordamam and star anees bayleaf stir add onion stir fry lightly golden brown and add chicken pieces stir fry and add Mutton and kidney and livar stir fry to cook add ginger garlic green chili stir add curd stir add grind masala stir fry to cook
Now add green peas stir add water cook and add rice cook well
Now sprinkle brawn onion coriander leaves
Now arrange kofta potato eggs rose water milk lemon juice green and casar colour and keep for full Flame 5 minutes and 10minutes slow Flame and Flame off / ready to serve with boondi raita
Take a bowl add curd and add black pepper red chili salt coriander leaves chat masala mix
