  1. Prepare boiled potatoes (mashed)
  2. Make ready Rajgira (Amaranth) flour
  3. Prepare soaked Sabudana (sago)
  4. Get Green chilies chopped

  6. Get Red chilli powder
  7. Prepare Black pepper
  8. Take Roasted Jeera
  9. Prepare Rock salt
  10. Prepare Oil to fry
Steps to make Falahari dahi bada:
  1. Combine all ingredients except curd & oil in a bowl. Mix well.
  2. Form tikki shape.
  3. Heat oil in a Kadhai. Place one by one in hot oil. Deep fry on medium flame until golden brown. Remove from oil on kitchen towel.
  4. Beat curd with hand blender. Add rock salt. Place dahi badam in serving dish. Pour curd. Garnish with red chilli powder, Roasted Jeera, black pepper.
