  1. Take 4 bunches amaranth or green saag washed n cut into pieces
  2. Take 4 green chillies

  7. Prepare 1tsp mustard seeds, urad dal, cumin seeds, hing
  8. Make ready 1 bowl urad dal vadi
  9. Take 1bowl soaked moong dal
Steps to make Amaranth curry:
  1. Wash n cut amaranth keep aside. Take urad dal vadi n moong dal, green chillies n ginger
  2. 1st take 1tbsp oil in kadai and fry vadis n when they aur golden brown takeout into a bowl. In same kadai add tadka n then onion n saute.add pinch of hing
  3. Once onions are cooked add crushed garlic n saute then add saag and moong dal then cover n cook.
  4. Then make a paste of ginger and green chillies n add to kadai.
  5. Once cooked add fried vadis n mix everything and serve.
