  4. Here’s the fun part. Smother the okonomiyaki sauce around the pancake like pizza sauce.
  5. Drizzle the mayo
  6. Top with the seaweed and katsuobushi
  7. ..the rest of your green onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
