Instructions to make Chicken Matar Aloo ka Salan:
  1. Pan mein oil dalein aur onion golden brown karein.
  2. Blender mein fry onion, garlic cloves, 2 green chillies and tomatoes and 1/2 cup water dal ke achy se blend kar lain.
  3. Remaining oil mein chicken dal ke fry karein colour change ho jye 1 tbspn whole spices and cinnamon sticks dal cook karein.
  4. Phir salt,red chilli powder, turmeric powder, Crushed Coriander, black pepper powder,black seeds dal ke achy se cook karein aur Matar add kar dain.
  5. Blended mixture add kar ke cook karein.
  6. Phir aloo add kar ke 2 minutes bhonay water add karein jitna apny grave rakhni ho aur pesi hoi ginger add karein.
  7. Add se mix karein aur medium low heat per cover kar ke rakh dain.
  8. 10-15minutes bad check kar lain sabzi gal jye aur water b kam ho jye jitna apko required ho 2 green chilli slice kar ke achy se mix karein.
  9. After 2-3 minutes Flame off kar dain.
  10. Yummy chicken,Matar Aloo ready hy serve with tandoori roti or simple roti. Enjoy šŸ˜‹
