  4. Cook 1 drumstick & 1 thigh for 8 minutes, flip, add remaining chicken
  5. After 8 minutes remove 1st batch of chicken and place on wire rack to cool/dry/drain DO NOT PLACE ON PAPER TOWEL as will make soggy
  6. After 8 minutes remove 2nd batch of chicken and place on wire rack to cool/dry/drain
  7. Season & enjoy
