Take 250 gm Chicken liver
Take 7-8 shallots crushed
Get 1 bulb garlic crushed
Take 1 inch ginger crushed
Take 2 green chillies crushed
Make ready 1-2 tsp red chilli powder
Make ready 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Make ready 1 tsp chicken masala
Make ready 1 tsp pepper powder
Get to taste Salt

Prepare As needed Oil as required
Prepare 1 star anise
Make ready 1 cinnamon stick
Get 3 cardmom pods
Prepare 2 cloves
Get 1 tsp fennel seeds
Get 1-2 dry chillies
Make ready 1 tsp ghee
Take 1 tsp jeera and pepper crushed
Steps to make Chicken liver fry:
Mix all the ingredients shallots,garlic, ginger, curry leaves, greenchillies and curry powders except the spices and keep for marination for 15min.
Heat oil in kadai and throw all the spices and red chillies. Once the aroma of the spices come. Add the marinated chicken liver and cook. Do not add water.. The required water comes out of it. Cook for 20 - 30minutes. Do not overcook, it turns rubbery.
When it is almost done add 1 tsp ghee and add little pepper and jeera powder to enhance the flavours and fry for few seconds and take it out of flame.
