  1. Wash thoroughly with water cut gizzard half.make paste of tomatoes. Heat oil in pot.
  2. Now add garam masala Kali mirch bari elaichi choti elachi zeera long and darcheeni and fry.now add onions and fry.
  3. Make paste of ginger garlic now add in lightly brown onions and cook for 3mins.
  4. Add ginger garlic paste in it and cook add some water.
  5. Now add liver gizzard and heart of chicken and bhonify until it changes its colour.
  6. Now add haldi salt red pepper and cook.
  7. Bhonify on high heat add zeera powder and dhnaia powder too.
  8. Now when masalas get fragrant add tomato paste in it and cook.
  9. Paste leave water in gravy cook for 5mins on High heat then make dam for good 30mins until it tender.
  10. Now add methi in it and free chillies and dhania and serve with chapati or paratha.
