Steps to make Chicken Liver Fry:
Start by washing and soaking the chicken liver in some salt and 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder for 10 minutes. Strain and cut the liver into 1 inch pieces.
Heat oil in a wok and add Curry Leaves, Onion, Garlic, Ginger and Green Chillies and sauté until onions are translucent.
Add Turmeric powder, Chilli powder, Garam masala and Coriander powder. Mix and then add the chicken liver. Carefully mix the contents of the wok and let it cook for about 10 minutes.
Once liver is almost cooked, add Pepper powder and mix. Check for salt and add as required.
Fry the liver for another 4-5 minutes and serve hot!
