For the crust: In a bowl mix digestive biscuits and almond flour. Stir in melted butter and mix until well combined. Press the mixture into bottom springform pan.
To make cheesecake mixture: whip the cream till peak consistency then mix the amul cream, cream cheese and pista. Add agar agar mixture on it and mix well.
Take out the biscuits base from refrigerator place a layer of gulabjamun. Pour the cream cheese mixture on it. Refrigerate for 8 hrs.
Gulabjamun: Grate mawa and paneer. Mix all other ingredients and make a soft dough
Make balls from dough. This is very important to prevent the lumps in the middle. You can stuff dry fruits and kishmish too, to make mawabaati. Fry on low flame and put in the hot sugar syrup directly from kadahi.
Boil sugar, water and lemon. Boil for five minutes When it comes to boiling point, switch off the flame and cover it with the lid.Leave it for one hour to absorb the syrup. Hot gulab jamuns are ready
