  2. Greece the muffin molds, add in the prepared mixture and top with some jelly
  3. Preheat the oven to 180/200 temp for 10 mins and bake for 15 minutes.
  4. After 15 minutes check with a toothpick if the muffins are done.
  5. Allow to cool. Remove from mold
  6. Muffins are ready.
